Details: The original figure is a Gordon Highlander from Roy Models which
I modified by adding correctly shaped shoulder flashes for the SDGs and
the grey/blue rectangular patch for the 3rd Canadian Division (from thin
sheet plastic). I also added the ribbons hanging from the back of the
Glengarry cap (using thin paper). The figure was painted in oils over an
acrylic base coat.

Groundwork for the figure is Milliput and gutter gravel, scrap wire, an
old gate from the spares box, and a signpost scratchbuilt from Milliput
and wire; the actual sign lettering was designed on computer.
