This is an eight-wheeled heavy German armored car designated the 233. It mounted a 75mm KwK L/24 gun, carried a three-man crew and was used primarily in a reconnaissance role. Approximately 115 were built and served in North Africa and on the eastern front. The Tamiya Sd. Kfz 232 8-RAD was used with the New Connections conversion kit. Painted in Humbrol enamels and weathered in pigments and oil paints.
