Eduard continues to release photo etched zimmerit sets for modellers who are looking for an alternative to doing your own zimmerit using putty with this release for the Tamiya Tiger I Late.  Again, I will have to see this set under a coat of paint before rendering final judgment.  Eduard provides one large sheet which features parts to cover the vertical portions of the tank which received zimmerit.  Be careful with part #25 however as most Tiger didn’t carry zimmerit on this horizontal plate above the transmission.  Eduard also provides 2 small etched "trowels" for making your own pattern using putty on parts of the mantlet. 

The zimmerit pattern is consistent throughout the set, be careful as most Tiger Is carried a much wider and heavier pattern on their turrets.  Check your references before proceeding.
