Description

Here's my latest completion - Tamiya's forthcoming 1/48 scale M1A2 Abrams. This is another great kit from Tamiya's 1/48 scale family. It features good detail, it is a fast build and boasts perfect fit. 

This model was built from pre-production test shot sprues, but the final model should be pretty close to this except for the colour of the plastic.

The model itself was built straight from the box but I added stowage from Black Dog (US Modern Equipment 3, Item No. T48037), a few packs from Value Gear and a couple of packs and rolled tarps from Kneadatite two-part epoxy putty.

I'll be writing this one up in detail for Model Military International magazine, Issue 138.
