Just finished - Flowfire Models' 1/35 scale Vickers Mk.VIb. This is an exquisite 3d printed model, beautifully detailed and boasting exceptional fit. In fact, preparing the parts and assembling the model took less than one day.

I just made a few additions including the tools on the fender (not supplied in this kit), the driver's mirror scratch built from plastic rod and sheet, and a stretched sprue aerial with a red paper banner.

The figure is from Passion Models. The sharp eyed viewer will note that the Commander is wearing a khaki side cap. This should actually be a black beret, as befits 2 RTR in this period. My mistake. I will replace the figure with correct head gear at some stage.

I thought the kit was supposed to include decals but mine had none. Fortunately I had Echelon Decals' Item No. D356126 British Vickers Light Tank Mk.VIb that packs a stack of attractive markings.
