I have just finished Copper State Models' rather lovely 1/35 scale 4 x 2 Lanchester WWI armoured car.
The model has been finished almost straight from the box except for the addition of Wave H-Eyes 1 headlight lenses. Clear lenses were not included in the kit.
Although the superstructure and the turret are multi-part "flat pack" assemblies, fit is excellent and building the model was a pleasure.
I also used three of Copper State Models' crew figures (out of the nine that they have released). Detail, poses, fabric drape and casting quality are all excellent.
I have written up this project for a Feature Article in Issue 152 of Model Military International magazine; accompanied by a brief reference article on the type.
MMI is also available as a digital magazine that you can read on your PC or Mac home computer. This means it is less expensive, and that the issues are available easily on day of publication the World over.
