AMMO by Mig Jimenez has just launched a new range of finishes under the name of A-STAND Lacquer Paints.

I have just received a sample pack of six of these lacquer finishes. They are:

A.MIG-2300 - Aluminium

A.MIG-2311 - Steel

A.MIG-2351 - Gloss Black Base Primer

A.MIG-2357 - Red Oxide Primer A.MIG-2406 - Armoured Glass

A.MIG-2502 - Klear Kote Flat

Each of the finishes is packaged in a 30 ml glass jar with a threaded plastic lid. The packaging has a high quality look and feel.

I have tested several of the finishes on a paper palette.

The first was Steel and Aluminium.

These metallics did not need any thinning at all.

I checked out the Red Oxide Primer straight from the bottle. You can see the result straight from the bottle in the photo. Coverage was good straight from the bottle but I would use it with thinner if I wanted to spray fine lines.

There are many other Transparent, Hot Metal, Metalic and other paints and finishes in the range.

Well worth a try!
